While the dish itself is traditionally very humble, this restaurant takes it to the next level by combining 3 different greens (oakleaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, and peppery arugula) along with shavings of Parmesan and grilled chicken.

For a taste of France don’t miss out on duck leg that is perfectly moist after being cooked confit-style (slowly poached in oil) and then served with a delicious sauce made with fresh oranges.
