Salad Fit For An Emperor

The moment you step foot in Largo you are going to be impressed. From the charming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed to the high quality service that the attentive wait staff provide, you are definitely going to have a great time in Largo Bistrot, no matter what occasion you are going there for. The restaurant has only been open a little longer than a year, but from their delicious menu items like the Caesar salad to perfectly cooked beef tenderloin you will think that they had been serving the area for decades.

Dining In Largo Bistrot

When you think of fine dining, especially any type of restaurant that adds a little French flare, you often assume that everything will feel stiff, but Largo does a good job of making classy dishes feel approachable in their humble but elegant restaurant. Largo does not try to pretend to be something that it is not; just like the no-nonsense dishes they serve, the restaurant does not have any frills or gimmicks. They simply rely on quality service, a casual environment, and great food.

Must Try Dishes

The first thing you need to do when visiting this restaurant is start with the Caesar salad. While the dish itself is traditionally very humble, this restaurant takes it to the next level by combining 3 different greens (oakleaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, and peppery arugula) along with shavings of Parmesan and grilled chicken.

For a taste of France don’t miss out on duck leg that is perfectly moist after being cooked confit-style (slowly poached in oil) and then served with a delicious sauce made with fresh oranges. If duck does not sound like what you prefer, many patrons come back over and over to have the Greek-inspired lamb burger which has mushrooms, onions, two cheeses, and a cucumber-yogrurt tzatziki sauce on top.
